Mixing

• Add three parts of Tilo Bond powder to one part of water. The addition of water should be adjusted to attain the desired consistency. Always add powder in to water.
• Mixing can be done manually or by homogeneous lump free paste.
• After proper mixing leave paste for 5 minutes for polymeric dispersion.
• Use paste within 80 min

Application Procedure

• The surface to be tiled should be sound and thoroughly clean to remove all oil, grease and dirt. Surface should be in level to achieve desire coverage.
• Wet the surface before application of adhesive

Method Of Application

• Tile Bond Tile Adhesive spread the adhesive to thickness of approx. 3-6 mm with a notched trowel remember to only apply the adhesive paste that can be tilled within 10-15 minutes
• Start placing the tiles on the surface to be tiled. Place the tiles properly to ensure complete coverage of the backside of tiles and the eliminate the possibility of any air voids
• Keep joints between two-tiles by using spacers
